ETA must be sent 48 hours and subsequently 24 hours prior to arrival to the following Authorities:

- Maldives Ports Authority
- Coast Guard
- Ministry of Defense and National Security
- Maldives Customs Service
- Port Health Section of Department of Public Health
- Department of Immigration and Emigration

6. Type of vessel
7. Port and number of Registry

11. Light displacement
12. Call sign
13. Details of dangerous cargo to Male'

15. Details of Cargo for Male'
16. Air Draught
